Summary Description
We are looking for experienced Medical Transcriptionists to accurately transcribe recorded medical reports into structured documents. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and a deep understanding of medical terminology to support providers in maintaining accurate patient records.

Responsibilities

• Listen to recorded dictations from healthcare providers and convert them into written reports.

• Proofread and edit transcriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Adhere to formatting guidelines and style requirements.

• Manage and prioritize multiple transcription assignments.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Certification in Medical Transcription (CMT/RMT) is preferred.

• 2+ years of experience as a medical transcriptionist.

• Proficiency in transcription software and typing speed of 70+ WPM.

• Excellent command of medical terminology, grammar, and formatting.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
