Summary Description
We are hiring Accounts Receivable Specialists to manage the billing and collections process, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have experience in RCM processes and a keen eye for detail to reduce denials and optimize revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims submission, payment posting, and follow-ups.

• Resolve denied or delayed claims through effective communication with payers.

• Prepare aging reports and monitor accounts receivable metrics.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing information.

• Maintain compliance with healthcare billing regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in healthcare.

• Familiarity with medical billing software and insurance guidelines.

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

• Certification in RCM or medical billing is a plus.
